Hello.  I hope this letter finds you doing very well.

I wanted to send you appreciative feedback for the very prompt service and support you and your firm provided on the recent roof issue I had at my home.

As discussed, recent heavy winds blew off one of the ridge vents on our home, along with lifting up a portion of at least another one.  I was not sure if there was any other damage to any other areas of our roof.

If brief, the builder of our home is no longer in business, so wasn't sure of who to contact.  In speaking with my Allstate insurance agent, she did not have any firm she could recommend for support.

Anyway, I saw your listing in the South Lyon Home Helper Guide, and the "family owned and operated" caught my attention.

So, in calling your office, I was made to feel very comfortable at the outset after speaking with Janna.  She was so delightful and helpful to speak with, and advised that she would be in communications with you upon your arrival to the office.

I was happy to have received a call that same day from you, and very pleasantly surprised that you were able to have someone come over that same afternoon to take care of the issue.  You understood the situation, and that the roof area was exposed and would be taking in water--thank you!

Your concern and responsiveness was much appreciated, and a very positive reflection of you and the Moore Roofing organization.  I will advise my insurance agent of your firm's contact information, as well as any friends, neighbors and colleagues that may be in need of your firm's services and products.

In brief, I thought to at least formally document my appreciation to you and your team.  I can definitely see that your Mission Statement is an accurate portrait of Moore Roofing.

   So proud of the new roof.  Everyone was just so hard working, friendly and polite. Terry was on time, helpful, knowledgeable, respectful and even did a few extras for me.  He was truely sweet.  Thank you all for a job well done! What a great group of workers!
